Shipping

At Circusny.com, every detail is important and nothing is more important to us than your satisfaction. We are confident that you will be comfortable with your purchase. However, if the need arises, returns and exchanges of merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment. Cash refund issued with cash, check, or debit receipt. Only unworn items may be returned or exchanged. Shoes must be in their original box. We are unable to accept items where the sewn-in garment tag or liner has been cut or removed (where applicable). All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. If items are marked FINAL SALE, they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Standard Ground

Ground shipping is FREE on all domestic orders within the continental US. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Standard ground shipping is usually delivered in 3 to 7 business days from processing.

2-Day Air
Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Order must be placed by 12pm EST. Your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Next Day
Arrives next day if order is placed by 12 PM EST. See below for shipment processing times.

 

Expedited Shipment Processing Times

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail message immediately. You will also receive an additional email with your tracking information. Important US Shipping Notice: CircusNY.com ships Monday through Friday only, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the US. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
